Create a listing

Creating listings has been simplified, making it quicker and easier to create a listing.

There are 2 stages with descriptive instruction walking you through each setting.

Stage 1 contains the essential elements of a listing. Stage 2 contains optional elements which are beneficial, but can be filled in at any time.

Editing listings has also been improved, grouping options into Card and Page sections.

Cancelling Deliveries

HereUGO aims to provide the flexibility that small and regional businesses and their communities need.

Independent drivers can edit their hours, and set themselves off duty at any time, but they can still occasionally be caught out and not be able to deliver an order they’ve been chosen for.

Unlike big cities where there are dozens of potential drivers for every delivery, in regional areas there may be only a single driver.

If there is more than one driver, another driver can claim the delivery. But if there’s only one driver and they have a flat tire, or are otherwise detained, we need to accommodate the driver, the customer and the store.

Now an delivery order cannot be accepted until a driver has claimed it. If the driver does have to reject the delivery, and there isn’t another driver available to claim it, the customer has a choice to either cancel delivery and pick up the order, or cancel the order.

This provides flexibility for everyone involved, at every step of the ordering process.
